Abstract:

Background: In spite of being the most common non-epithelial neoplasm, chondrosarcoma makes up only about 0.2% of all head and neck malignancies and approximately 1% of all laryngeal tumours¹. Primary chondrosarcomas are rare reported in literature. Primary Chondrosarcoma of the retropharyngeal space is extremely rare making this case report one of its kind.

Here by we present a case of a 29 yr. old Male presenting to the ENT OPD with symptoms of dyspnoea and dysphagia since 3 months.
