Background: In spite of being the most common non-epithelial neoplasm, chondrosarcoma makes up only about 0.2% of all head and neck malignancies and approximately 1% of all laryngeal tumours1. Primary chondrosarcomas are rare reported in literature. Primary Chondrosarcoma of the retropharyngeal space is extremely rare making this case report one of its kind.
Here by we present a case of a 29 yr. old Male presenting to the ENT OPD with symptoms of dyspnoea and dysphagia since 3 months.
